The Schwarz family and staff have been proud providers of landscape design & installation services to families like yours for more than three generations. Whether you are the first owner of a new home or need a landscape makeover, our professional designers can create a plan that gives your home a vibrant and refreshing new look.

We offer several different plans. For our Complete or Partial Landscape Design, one of our designers will meet with you at your home to discuss your ideas, requirements and any concerns you have. After the initial home site visit, the designer will draw a plan and then present it to you at the garden center. At that time you may make and changes needed, and be able to select the plants that you will have installed.

For a Complete Design (a plan for an entire residential property) a deposit of $400 taken at the site interview will be applied toward your initial purchase of at least $4,000 within a six month period.

For a Partial Design (front foundation, back yard & patio, or other such segmenmt of yard), a deposit $200 at the site interview will be applied toward an intial purchase of at least $2,000 within six months.

New for 2011 we are offering the “We Plan – You Plant” design program. This is for the person who loves to garden and wants to do the installing themselves, but needs advice on what plants to use. Come into the garden center to pick-up your packet of information. Take it home and answer all questions, take photos of the area to be landscaped, and do a simple drawing of the area. Bring all of this information back to the garden center. A deposit of $75 will be taken at this time. Allow 2 weeks for our designers to create a plan for you. When it is ready, you can come back in to see the plan and take at look at the plants. If you make an initial purchase of $500 with us, the $75 will be applied toward that purchase. If not, the $75 is the cost for the landscape plan.
